Santa Barbara

We took a day trip with some friends to Santa Barbara. First, we went to a park that has a playground that was built by the community.

Here's a photo of the playground. In the foreground is our current Flat Visitor, from a family in Minnesota. Our fairy was visiting with them.

Flower Fairy loved the fact that it looked so much like a park we visited in Indiana.

Sniffity liked the whale and this shark the best.

Next, we headed over to the wharf.

The kids really liked watching the fishers catching mackerel.

This seal lion was hanging around trying to steal fish from the fishers. Occasionally, they'd throw something back and then he had a treat.

The kids were especially interested in this boy that was fishing and cutting up the fish he caught.
